We do everything we can to ensure your privacy and therefore go careful with personal data. 1. Personal Information
The website does not collect any information on its own. The information that is collected is only done so with direct consent of the user by submitting a form with the chosen information.
1.1 What is it collected?
- User's gender (Newsletter Subscribtion form, Sign Up form)
- The user's full name (Newsletter form, Contact form and Sign Up form)

1.2 Why is it collected?
- To send personalized newsletters (after given consent).
- To reply a user's inquiry submitted through the contact form.
- To identify a user using an online Wellipets account.
- To provide after sales services like order-tracking, return and trade-in status updates.
The above-mentioned data will be stored in accordance with GDPR regulations. All this information will be stored in the website's backend and collated into an email.

1.3.1 Google Analytics
Like most websites, this site uses Google Analytics (GA) to track user interaction. We use this data to determine the number of people using our site, to better understand how they find and use our web pages and to see their journey through the website.
Although GA records data such as your geographical location, device, internet browser and operating system, none of this information personally identifies you to us. GA also records your computer’s IP address which could be used to personally identify you but Google do not grant us access to this. We consider Google to be a third party data processor (see section 2 below).

1.3.2 Google Tag Manager
We are constantly trying to improve the customer experience on our website by providing visitors with more personalized and targeted campaigns and offerings. To do so, we use Google Tag Manager (GTM).
GTM is a little snippet of code that helps us track user behavior across our sites and then pushes the data to our Google Analytics account. Then, all the data is perfectly organized and ready for us to assess and review for potential site improvements and remarketing campaigns.

1.3.3 Hotjar
Our website uses Hotjar in order to better understand our users' needs and to optimize our service and experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don't like, etc.). This enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users' behavior and their devices. This includes a device's IP address (Stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile. Hotjar is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf.
1.3.4 Facebook Meta-Pixel
The Facebook pixel is directly integrated into our website by Facebook and can store a so-called cookie, a small file, on your device. If you then log in to Facebook or visit Facebook when you are logged in, your visit to our online offer will be noted in your profile.
The data collected about you is anonymous for us, it does not allow us to draw conclusions about the identity of the users. However, the data is stored and processed by Facebook so that it can be linked to the respective user profile and used by Facebook as well as for its own market research and advertising purposes.

1.3.5 Pinterest Tag
The Pinterest tag lets us track user actions once they click on or view an ad. It records website conversions tied to our advertising campaigns and enables audience targeting based on user behavior, including page or product views, videos watched, or orders completed. It also allows for campaign optimization based on promoted pin performance and downstream user behavior such as products liked, shared, or purchased.

At Wellipets we use cookies in order to improve the customer experience by personalizing content, providing social media features and by analyzing the traffic on our website. We share information about your use of our site with our social media, advertising and analytics partners through third party cookies that require your consent.
